Service description
EDC is a B2B sourcing and supply partner. We help businesses find suppliers, negotiate pricing, handle payments, and arrange logistics. Specific deliverables, pricing and timelines are agreed per project.
Orders and payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of pricing. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Card payments are processed via LiqPay. B2B invoice payments are due within the period stated on the invoice.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and warranty
In-stock products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Sourced/custom items follow the manufacturer's warranty. Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery for stock items.
Liability
EDC's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes will be resolved in Ukrainian courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
